Finishing Manager
West London
Fawkes and Reece are working with a tier 1 developer, in assisting them with recruiting for a Finishing Manager for their key residential development, based in West London.
You will be responsible for overseeing seeing around 40 apartments, from 2nd fix through to handover. You must have excellent eye for detail, a proven track record of finishing units to a high finish and must have worked for a residential developer or Main Contractor resi contractor.
This is an immediate freelance role and you must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate.
