The role will be mostly office based which means they are looking for someone that is based in the Kent area. I am assisting with their search for a highly skilled Contracts Manager for their schemes across healthcare, residential and education sectors, most of their projects are refurb and valued up to £5 million.
As a business they are known for producing a first-class product which has kept them as a five-star contractor in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set and be capable of programming, managing contracts, health and safety and contractual responsibilities. They would be interested in someone that is looking to progress their career and learn, the most important thing is that the Contracts Manager is job focused, enthusiastic about the role and interested in growth.
They are looking for someone that can demonstrate leadership quality and with ability to manage multiple projects.
