Systems Integration Manager

Sydney

Senior Managers from a leading rail systems contractor will be visiting the UK on the 3rd week of January to interview people for a number of roles on major projects in Sydney and Auckland.

The projects that they are looking to find people for are:

Sydney Metro – Sydenham to Bankstown
Auckland City Rail Link – C7 Systems and Integration Package.
Suitable candidates are required to have the following experience and skills.

Years: minimum of 5 years’ experience as an integration/operational readiness manager/testing and commissioning manager for multi-discipline rail systems project. Advantageous to have undertaken this for metro tunnel project (station or tunnel)

Delivery: Proven ability to deliver large scale rail infrastructure projects of $100M+ in value (P&L), experience in collaborative working relationship and lump sum delivery models, metro rail experience is a benefit

Leadership: managed teams of 50+ people

Commercial: experience in claims management/negotiation.

The salary package will comprise of the following:

20 day’s Annual Leave (standard industry)
Flights for employee and family to relocate
Relocation costs up to $10,000
4 weeks accommodation upon arrival
The expected remuneration package is between $220,000 to $250,000 per annum.
