We are currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Controller to join our client in Portsmouth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Reviewing Purchase Reqs and Purchase orders vs. Forecasts and sales orders
*Review exception messages to ensure product is expedite on time
*Review inventory level at the EDC to ensure Customer service level as well as monitoring slow moving stock
*Weekly calls with Plants and Customer Service teams
*Resolve supply issues
*Deal with queries in the customer service DB
*Monitor KPI's
*Monitor of Backlog and with any Procurement Risks.
*Continuous improvement project
*Any other duty that be required to support the business

*To make a positive contribution to housekeeping.
*Report and address any safety defects.
Minimum Qualifications:
*Educated to Degree Level, preferably in a Business Skill
*Numerate to GCSE level

*Good Communication skills Written and Oral
*Understanding of Global Supply Chain using an integrated system
Working hours are 9am-5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4pm Friday
12 month contract
Weekly pay
Current UK driving licence required
