My client is one of the main Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Contractors in London, who have been established for over 20 years and employ over 700 staff. They work with some of the most recognised Blue Chip companies in the industry and they require a BIM Manager to join them.
Important - Require a good BIM experience in Building Construction.
As the BIM Manager you will join a successful and expanding business and will need to able to manage a team of technicians as well as liaising and coordinating with third party contractors, whilst manage full Revit MEP models, reporting on all clash detections.
Being the BIM Manager you will assist with managing and delivering a variety of projects, which will be varied from educational, large commercial, large scale residential developments to minor schemes.
The BIM Manager you will required to work with less experienced members of the team to assist them with technical support to achieve their career goals. You'll benefit from the companies, reputation, success and wide client base, assisting with managing and delivering a variety of projects, ensuring the calculations, specifications and drawings all comply with the clients brief.
For this role of BIM Manager you will need experience in managing Revit / BIM technicians in an MEP Engineering business, ideally gained across commercial, residential and mixed use developments and have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
