Currently working with a large residential developer who specialise in building both private & shared ownership properties in areas in London & the Southern Counties
They are current regenerating a large city in Kent and need the strongest sales team possible in order to be on the front line of one of their flagship developments
Day to day duties:
* Conducting Viewings
* Selling homes off plan
* Completing competitor analysis
* Ensuring that sales & marketing suites are kept well presented
* Building long lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
* Sales Progression
* Chasing sales leads
