We have been asked by a leading construction company to find a Estimator to add immediate support to their bid team on a freelance basis for a minimum period of 6 months, but it is expected to be an ongoing contract and could eventually be turned into a permanent role.
This company work in the housing industry and are looking for someone that has been apart of high valued projects between £1m-£200million.
A solid residential background working on similar projects for a recognised company is expected for this Estimator role and both single and 2-stage tendering is essential.
You will as a Estimator interface with the existing bid team consisting of Planners, Design Managers and other Estimators to produce high quality tenders.
