Integration Team

Jakarta, INDONESIA

Our client is preparing their tender proposal for a Systems Integration Team for a new railway project in Jakarta, starting in March 2018 and expected to run for 19 months.

There are a number of vacancies in the team as follows below:

Scopes of Work :

1. To prepare synchronization and integration activities between the facilities and infrastructures prepared by the facilities and infrastructure integrators

2. To prepare the schedule of synchronization and integration activities between facilities and infrastructure referring to the master schedule which has been prepared by the PMO

3. To conduct review, verification and validation of planning documents (technical specifications) facilities, infrastructure, depot and rail system

4. To give input on delivery schedule and equipment installation to be included in the master schedule made by the PMO

5. To supervise the process of facilities manufacturing and provide input in case of nonconformity to the technical specifications including in the use of materials, components, or spare parts of the facilities:

a. To make a visit to the manufacturer for verification and validation

b. To make a visit to the manufacturer during shipment

c. To do FAT (factory acceptance test)

6. To make and disseminate test plans and test procedures (test plan)

7. To synchronize and integrate facilities, infrastructure, depot and rail system which includes:

a. Facilities system (train control and management system)

b. Railroad structure

c. Signaling system (CBT GOA3)

d. Telecommunication system

e. Security system

f. PIS (passenger information system) system

g. Power source, power distribution system

h. System third rail (power rail)

i. SCADA (supervisory control system) system

j. Operation control center (OCC) system

k. PSD (platform screed door) System

l. ticketing (automatic fare collection) System

m. Depot (operation facility and maintenance facilities (layout and equipment facilities))

8. To evaluate the synchronization results and integrate the facilities, infrastructure, depot, and railway system intensively

9. To monitor the schedule of synchronization and integration between facilities, infrastructure, depots, and rail system and to ensure the schedule is in accordance with the master schedule

10. To conduct synchronization testing and integration of facilities, infrastructure, depot, and rail system

11. To present the results of synchronization and integration between facilities, infrastructure, depots, and railway system before being reported.

12. To create reports on synchronization and integration between facilities, infrastructure, depots, and rail system on a regular basis.

13. To make technical reports (technical, work, end) in the synchronization process and integration between facilities, infrastructure, depot, and rail system.

Expert requirement :

1. Team leader

To take the overall responsibility for this work and to provide direction and feedback on the results of this work and coordinate with the employer

Qualification: minimally a bachelor?s degree / equivalent in engineering with 15 years of experience (international)

2. GoA3/GoA4 Facility Expert,

To be responsible for integrating GoA3 / GoA4 signaling apparatus.

Qualifications: minimally a bachelor?s degree equivalent in Electrical Engineering Department / Machinery with experience in the relevant fields for 15 years (international)

3. GoA3/GoA4 Signal Expert

To be responsible for performing the integration of GoA3 / GoA4 signaling equipment to the facilities

To be responsible for and have the ability to integrate system and facilities and infrastructure interfaces

Qualification: minimally bachelor?s degree/equivalent in Electrical Engineering with experience in the relevant field for 15 years (international)

4. Power Supply Expert (substation and Third Rail)

To be responsible for undertaking the integration of substation and third rail equipment to the facilities

Qualification: minimally bachelor?s degree/equivalent in Civil / Electrical Engineering with experience in the relevant field for 15 years (international)

5. Railroad expert

To be responsible for working on the integration of railway equipment with plinth track construction with 1435 mm width to the facilities.

Qualification: minimally bachelor?s degree/equivalent in Civil Engineering with experience in the relevant field for 15 years (international)

6. Depot Planning Expert

To be responsible for reviewing the depot technical design.

Qualification: minimally bachelor?s degree/equivalent in Civil Engineering with experience in the relevant field for 15 years (international)

7. Depot equipment expert

To be responsible for reviewing the depot technical design and to integrate the depot equipment to the facilities

Qualification: minimally bachelor?s degree/equivalent in Electrical Engineering / machinery with experience in the relevant fields for 15 years (international)

8. PSD Expert

To be responsible for working on integrating PSD equipment to the facilities.

Qualification: minimally bachelor?s degree/equivalent in Electrical / machinery Engineering with experience in the relevant field for 15 years (international)

9. Telecommunication Engineer

To be responsible for performing the integration of telecommunication system to the facilities.

Qualification: minimally bachelor?s degree/equivalent in Electrical / Telecommunication Engineering with experience in the relevant field for 15 years (international)

10. Depot equipment Engineer

To help review the design of Depot equipment and to integrate the Depot equipment to the facilities.

Qualification: minimally bachelor?s degree/equivalent in Electrical / Machinery Engineering with experience in the relevant field for 15 years (international)

Relevant University Degree

15yrs Railway Experience in relevant field and overseas
