Fawkes and Reece are proudly representing a house builder that has a great name working in the West London Area. With a turnover of circa £800 Million, our client is well set up and has plans to continue this growth over the next 5 years.
Being a house builder, our client works across new build and has many schemes across the West London area mainly consisting of RC Frame Build.
Due to Growth, our client is looking for an additional Quantity Surveyor to work within one of their divisions. The role will be site based and you will be focusing on projects up to £300Million in value.
Our client is looking for someone who has strong RC Frame and Traditional Build experience with a reputable developer.
This is a great opportunity that has a good reputation in the market who have a flexible working approach. They pride themselves on their vibrant culture and emphasis progression within the business.
For this Role, our client is looking to pay up to £65,000 + Car allowance and benefits.
